Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-14
JS Cronjob ("we", "the service") is a free tool for scheduling HTTP requests ("cron jobs") and monitoring websites. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Data we collect
- Account data: your email address and a hashed password.
- Job data: the URLs, methods, headers, bodies and schedules you configure, plus execution history (status codes, timing and optionally response snippets).
- Optional contacts: a Telegram chat ID and/or webhook URL if you enable alerts.
- Technical logs: IP address for abuse prevention and basic, privacy-friendly visitor analytics.
How we use it
- To run your scheduled jobs and show you their results.
- To send failure notifications you explicitly enable (email, Telegram, webhook).
- To prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Requests you configure are sent to the destinations you specify. Notifications go only to the contacts you set.
Retention & deletion
Execution history is capped per job and older rows are pruned automatically. You can delete any job, status page, or your entire account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your data from our database.
